Provide First Aid

This unit introduces learners to the theory and the practical skills required to perform CPR in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.  You will also learn first aid procedures for conditions such as: 



  • Allergic reactions

  • Burns

  • Cardiac arrest

  • Chocking

  • Fractures  

  • Poisoning

  • Shock 


The unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
